功能原理
插入式流量傳感器基于熱式原理。測量探頭通過(guò)與流體介質(zhì)的溫度相比較進(jìn)行加熱，當流體經(jīng)過(guò)探頭的時(shí)候，會(huì )帶走加專(zhuān)線(xiàn)圈的一部分熱量。通過(guò)測量這兩個(gè)熱敏電阻之間的阻值差變化來(lái)反應流體流速的變化。圖爾克耐磨損的熱式流量傳感器可用于液體或氣體介質(zhì)的流速監控。

Functional principle
Our insertion - flow sensors operate on the principle of thermodynamics. The measuring probe is heated by several °C as against the flow medium. When fluid moves along the probe, the heat generated in the probe is dissipated.The resulting temperature is measured and compared to the medium temperature.The flow status of every medium can be derived from the evaluated temperature difference.Thus TURCK's wear-free flow sensors reliably monitor the flow of gaseous and liquid media.
